OWN provides an AI-powered virtual try-on platform that allows users to visualize how clothing and accessories look on them before making a purchase. The Service uses artificial intelligence and image processing technology to generate virtual representations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content and Photos

When you upload photos to use the virtual try-on feature:

  • You retain all rights to your photos
  • You grant OWN a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing the Service
  • You confirm you have the right to upload and use the photos
  • You agree not to upload photos of other people without their consent
  • Generated images are for your personal use only

5. Brand Partnerships

Brands using OWN to showcase their products agree to provide accurate product information, maintain appropriate content standards, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding e-commerce and consumer protection.

6. Subscription and Payments

For brand subscription services:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Piazzai Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the virtual try-on results will be perfectly accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piazzai Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
